Preheat your air fryer to 170°C. Put 1.3 kg Smoked gammon joint onto a large sheet of foil and loosely wrap. Carefully place the wrapped gammon into the preheated air fryer. Cook at 170°C/340°F for 60 minutes. Put 125 g Cranberry sauce, 50 ml Cranberry juice and 1 tablespoon Wholegrain mustard into a bowl. Mix well.. Preheat the Ninja air fryer to 400°f. Brush the gammon joint with oil and season with sea salt and ground black pepper. Set the temperature to 375°f and cook the gammon joint for 15 minutes per pound. If necessary, pause the cooking process, flip the gammon joint, and continue cooking.
